Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Education team in a dynamic, student-centered environment in California. The role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy services and developing individualized IEP goals for grades K-12.

You will collaborate with families, teachers, and district representatives, perform assessments, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or closely related field).
• CA state SLP credential or in process.
• Certification in crisis management training (company approved).
• Experience providing speech-language instruction to children; preferably in special education/behavioral health.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, data-based decision making, and collaboration with educators.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services aligned to individual IEP goals.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and home district representatives.
• Write progress notes and reports; monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain case records and billing documentation per policy and regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support communication development.
