Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is hiring a Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality speech therapy services across multiple CA locations. The role includes developing individualized plans, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with families, educators, and districts to achieve communication goals.

The position requires a Master’s in SLP, CA licensure (or in process), a valid CA driver’s license, and willingness to travel regionally between Solano, Fairfield

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA state SLP credential required or in process.
• Valid CA driver's license required.
• Experience with school-based services and IEPs preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Spectrum locations in CA.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Monitor progress with data and share progress reports.
• Mentor and support program staff in therapy delivery.
• Travel between Spectrum School locations on a regular basis.
