Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to empower students and schools. You will work closely with the supervising SLP to support assessment, treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, and contribute to IEP goals.

You’ll implement therapy plans, assist with data collection, and help set up AAC devices, while collaborating in multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for students’ communication needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid TX licensure as SLP assistant (TDLR).
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation and intervention with supervising SLP.
• Implement therapy plans designed by the SLP.
• Monitor and support AAC devices for students.
• Data collection and reporting to support IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for students.
