Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Royse City, TX is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll assist with evaluations, therapy activities, and data collection to inform IEP goals.

Licensure as an Assistant in Speech-Language Pathology (TDLR) and current CPR certification are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid licensure as an Assistant in Speech-Language Pathology (TDLR).
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation and intervention under the supervising SLP.
• Implement therapy plans designed by the SLP to meet student needs.
• Monitor AAC devices and ensure functional use for students.
• Record and report student progress to support IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for students' communication needs.
