Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students with communication needs under the supervision of an SLP in Texas. You will assist in evaluation and intervention, implement therapy plans, help with AAC devices, collect progress data, and participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students' goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid licensure as an Assistant in Speech-Language Pathology (TDLR).
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation and intervention under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement therapy activities and intervention plans.
• Monitor and support use of AAC devices.
• Record and report student progress and outcomes for IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP discussions.
