Zusammenfassung

Remedy Recruitment Group are working with a well-resourced SEN school in Epping to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP. You will provide 1:1 and small group support across primary and secondary classes, aiding communication, regulation and learning, while supporting EHCP targets and personal care as needed.

The role offers a structured, nurturing environment with ongoing consultant support and potential permanent placement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD or complex needs.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Willing to support personal care where needed.

Aufgaben

• Providing 1:1 and small group support across primary and secondary classes.
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
• Following EHCP targets and individual support plans.
• Assisting with personal care where required.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Maintaining a calm, structured and positive learning environment.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development.
