Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Minnesota for the 2026-2027 year. Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, along with IEP development and collaboration with families and educators.

Open to CCC-qualified SLPs or Clinical Fellows; onsite support and mentorship provided. Hours are Monday–Friday, 37.5 per week, with benefits and housing/meals possibly included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active MN SLP license (PDF required with application).
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration, flexibility, and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support students’ progress through direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration with educators and families.
• Maintain comprehensive records and comply with special education regulations.
• Communicate goals and progress regularly with families and colleagues.
