Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based, onsite, full-time contract from late August 2026 to early June 2027. The role serves a diverse caseload and requires collaboration with teachers, families, and staff to support student communication goals.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Minnesota SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota SLP license (PDF with your application).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered.
• Experience in school, pediatric, or educational settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff and families.
• Strong organizational, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
• Available to work full-time, onsite M-F (~37.5 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and maintain records.
• Consult with educators and families to share strategies and progress updates.
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.

The assignment runs from late August 2026 to early June 2027, ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as strong Clinical Fellows eager to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational, diagnostic, and documentation skills
• Must be available to work full-time, onsite M-F, covering approximately 37.5 hours each week

Primary Responsibilities:
