Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Minneapolis area to support K-12 students in a school-based setting during the 2024-2025 year. The role offers flexible caseloads, with full-time and part-time options and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students per IEP.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
• Participate in IEP meetings with educational teams and families.
• Administer standardized and informal testing to determine student needs.
• Maintain therapy records and progress reports; communicate goals to caregivers and teaching staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. work authorization is required
• Active State of Minnesota SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility within Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
• Familiarity with school-based speech-language assessment, IEP development, and service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is beneficial
