Sunbelt Staffing invites experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP/CCC/CFY) or SLPA to join a school-based contract serving Minneapolis, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity focuses on evaluating and supporting students with communication disorders within a collaborative educational team.

Responsibilities include assessment, IEP-aligned service plans, direct therapy, progress documentation, and teamwork with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• License requirement: Minnesota SLP or SLPA.
• Experience with school-aged populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Flexibility to manage a varied caseload and work with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for holistic support.
• Develop and execute individualized service plans aligned with IEPs.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings.
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support as needed.
