Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role near Andover, MN. The position runs Monday through Friday with a 37.5-hour work week for the academic year, starting August 2026.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota SLP license (required; PDF with application)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• School-based experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and routine collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
• Engage in parent communication to support student success
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
