Qualifications

• Active Minnesota SLP license required (PDF submission).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC preferred; CFs are welcome to apply.
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly desired.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and document progress accurately.
• Commitment to fostering student speech, language, and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload of students.
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection per guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success.
