Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a full-year assignment near Indianapolis. The role spans middle school and K-6 settings, focusing on fostering communication skills for diverse learners.

As a contract, full-time position, you’ll assess, treat, and monitor progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP planning to help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptable and committed to supporting students from varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide education and resources to students, parents, and staff regarding communication disorders
• Engage in regular progress monitoring to ensure students meet their goals
