Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in Colorado, working with PreK and elementary students to support communication development. You will diagnose, plan, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
• Colorado school-based SLP licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience supporting speech and language needs in PreK or elementary settings.
• Strong communication with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to tailor interventions to individual goals and IEP objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in 1:1 or small groups.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations; develop and implement IEPs with team.
• Monitor and document student progress; modify goals as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for consistent support.
• Participate in IEP meetings, PD, and school initiatives as a team member.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per district/state requirements.
