Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support local students in California for the upcoming school year starting August 11. This contract role provides in-person therapy for PreK through Middle School across multiple sites as needed.

You will deliver direct services, collaborate with teachers and families, develop IEP goals, and maintain compliant documentation. The position offers steady weekly hours and a community-minded team in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in California required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills required.
• Able to adapt strategies for PK-5 or 6-8 depending on placement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff on goals and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and parent conferences as needed.
• Flexibility to serve at different sites based on assignment needs.
