Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role supporting students in a vibrant school near Monument, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings is valued.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, or communication challenges.
• Participate in IEP meetings; develop and update individualized goals in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that motivate and empower student growth.
• Offer in-classroom support and provide consultation/training for staff as needed.
