Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to work with elementary and middle school students for the 2026/2027 school year in the Aurora, CO area. This full-time, contract position focuses on diagnosing and treating speech and language needs in a school setting.

The role requires a Colorado SLP license with CDE certification and ASHA CCC-SLP, strong teamwork with educators and families, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and monitor IEPs

Qualifications

Colorado SLP license and CDE certification required.
ASHA CCC-SLP required.
Experience or strong interest in school-based practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for elementary and middle school students.
Develop, implement, and review IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines.
Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and family members.
Support students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs.
Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to guide targeted support.
Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of student progress.
Engage in professional development for best practices in school-based SLP services.
