Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required at hire.
• Must work as a team member and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with students and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to a student with autism or related needs in the classroom, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a positive role model for students.
• Follow IEP guidelines and utilize crisis prevention techniques as trained; training provided.
