Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at time of hire (minimum).
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with students and adults.
• Be a positive role model for students and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a student with autism, emotional/behavioral/medical/academic needs in class, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist with daily activities, academic and social participation.
• May receive a $1.25 per hour addition when toileting support is required; act according to IEP and safety protocols.
