Centerstone invites a School-Based Therapist to provide therapy to students at Mitchell-Neilson Elementary School in Murfreesboro, following the school day schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff, with a master’s degree and license eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the listed behavioral health fields.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline preferred.
• If a related field, 24 graduate hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to students in a school setting.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Respond to supervisory communication and urgent care needs (in person or virtually).
• Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care.
