Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Licensed by Ohio CSWMFT as LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC.
• Two years of experience with indigent populations preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in clinical or school-based settings.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing therapy and crisis intervention to address mental health needs.
• Coordinate with school staff, parents, agency staff, and community providers for integrated care.
• Maintain medical records and HIPAA compliance across settings.
• Consult with teachers and administrators to address classroom behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Participate in school wellness initiatives and program development.
