Job summary

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Fully licensed or temporary licensed in Tennessee as LMFT, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Above average organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Above average time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic individual and group counseling services for students and families in a school setting, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referrals.
• Respond to school crises with supervisor and administration support.
• Complete clinical documentation as required by the agency.
• Treat clients and co-workers with respect and promote cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Provide consultation and training to school personnel and service providers with SBT Leadership support.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as required.
