Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups across school-based, outpatient, community-based, and telehealth settings.

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework. This full-time role supports diverse populations within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience providing behavioral health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, diagnosing, and providing individual and group therapy preferred.
• Experience working with individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges preferred.
• Experience providing telehealth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, couples, and other therapeutic services in a variety of settings based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive clinical assessments within established regulatory, accreditation, and organizational timeframes.
• Evaluate assessment findings and establish appropriate diagnoses within the scope of professional licensure and applicable standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, client strengths, identified needs, and treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, trauma-focused services, and co-occurring treatment as appropriate.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling, family therapy, psychoeducation, and specialty behavioral health services.
• Participate in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, case reviews, and multidisciplinary consultations.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
