Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or pending Washington SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Schools-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and compassion for working with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with state and district standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
• Deliver direct and consultative services to ensure student growth.
• Participate in planning and professional development as requested.
