Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking dynamic speech-language pathologists to support students in western Washington for the 2026-2027 academic year. These onsite contracts cover elementary through high school, with 37.5 hours per week from September through mid-June.

Required: Master’s in SLP or Communication Disorders, Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain, CCC, and OSPI fingerprinting. Strong classroom collaboration and onsite-only therapy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain one prior to start.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• Ability to pass OSPI fingerprinting.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech/language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school.
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to school and legal requirements.
