Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves students across all grade levels with an approximate caseload of 45 students.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active Washington SLP or SLPA license required.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLP candidates.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for supporting student growth and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credential
• Manage an approximate caseload of 45 students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals (SLP)
• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA)
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
