Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Seattle-area educational setting. This contract role emphasizes individualized therapy, teletherapy delivery, and collaboration with teachers and families to achieve student goals.

Qualifications include a Master’s in SLP, Washington licensed/CFY eligibility, and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility. Prior pediatric school/healthcare experience and strong documentation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Active SLP license for Washington State.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY.
  • Background or interest in pediatric speech therapy in school/healthcare settings.
  • Strong skills with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation.
  • Experience designing and implementing IEPs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to achieve student goals.
  • Keep thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings and reports.
  • Provide guidance and interventions to help each child reach potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric SLP.
