Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a school district for a full-time K–5 position. You will provide evaluations and therapy services that support fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional life skills in elementary students.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state Occupational Therapist license.
• School-based or pediatric experience is preferred, but motivated clinicians from other settings are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and services for elementary students (K–5).
• Deliver engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions focused on fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional life skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth throughout the school year.
