Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time School Occupational Therapist to support students under IEP/504 plans with a Monday–Friday school-hour schedule.

You will collaborate with school teams, conduct evaluations, and document progress while helping students improve handwriting and fine motor skills. A stable, team-focused environment and access to a Clinical Advisory Team support your work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State license to practice Occupational Therapy (or in progress).
• Strong collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services based on IEP/504 plans and goals.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, writing reports and tracking student progress.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Identify strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills and handwriting.
