Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. You will deliver therapy services, conduct assessments, and help develop and monitor IEP goals to promote participation and progress in daily activities.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to tailor interventions to each student’s abilities. This role starts Aug 27, 2026 and ends June 17, 2027, offering a stable academic-year contract.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license for the state or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date.
• Experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to assess students’ needs and create individualized support plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in group and individual settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support students’ participation and success in daily activities.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP and student support meetings to advocate for students’ needs.
• Adapt therapeutic strategies and interventions to each student’s unique abilities and goals.
