Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Georgia is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based contract serving K-12 students throughout the academic year. You will apply expertise in fine and gross motor development, IEP-aligned treatment planning, and collaboration with teachers, families, and healthcare professionals to support students' growth.

You will deliver direct therapy in classroom and home settings, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings, with competitive weekly pay

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Occupational Therapist licensure required.
• Experience supporting children across K-12th grade preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in fine and gross motor development, school-based and healthcare/therapy settings.
• Adaptable, organized, and collaborative approach in dynamic school environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess students to determine strengths and areas for growth in fine motor and gross motor domains.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs.
• Partner with teachers, families, and healthcare professionals for holistic support.
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in classroom and home settings as needed.
• Monitor progress, update records, and participate in IEP meetings.
