RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team in Montrose, Colorado.

The OT will conduct evaluations, assess fine motor and sensory skills, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student needs. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with responsibilities including reporting, IEP participation, and ensuring compliant documentation; compensation ranges from $33.47 to $53.47, with benefits and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and functional abilities within the school setting.
• Interpret evaluation results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to discuss findings and support student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute evaluation data to the development of student goals and services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
