Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a full-time, school-based role in Moore, Oklahoma for the 2026–2027 school year. You will evaluate and support students with fine‑motor, sensory‑motor, self‑care, regulation, and functional needs to access learning.

This on-site position offers guaranteed hours, collaborative support from the district and TheraPeds, and a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60+ based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy as applicable to licensure pathway.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Active or eligible Oklahoma OT licensure.
• Experience with school-aged/children preferred.
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to students individually, in small groups, and within classrooms.
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop measurable, educationally relevant IEP goals based on evaluations and student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide consultation and classroom-based support to teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals.
• Address fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, regulation, and participation needs.
• Identify developmental and sensory-motor issues affecting educational performance.
• Monitor progress and collect data to measure outcomes and guide intervention.
• Complete timely evaluations, progress reports, and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
