Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated Community Support Professional to provide direct services in client homes, schools, and community settings. You will document progress, support crisis needs, and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. On-call shifts may be required, with opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong oral and written communication in English is required.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
• CSPs may be required to work rotating on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review client plans and develop activities to enhance functioning.
• Provide direct services in client locations and document progress.
• Support clients in crises or unstable situations with supervision.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team to reinforce goals.
• Transport clients to community settings as needed.
• Ensure timely administrative and clinical documentation.
