Job summary

COMHAR is seeking a Coordinating Lead Clinician to oversee and coordinate clinical services for children, youth, and young adults in the IBHS program, ensuring individualized, person-centered support.

This full-time daytime role at schools involves supervising a team, maintaining compliance, reducing caseload while guiding daily operations, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional or graduate degree with at least two years of experience in a CAASP system.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults.
• ABA services experience with supervision or BCBA credentials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical services for children, youth, and young adults in the IBHS program.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans.
• Supervise staff and manage morning programming, scheduling, and program logistics.
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure dignity, independence, and wellbeing for clients.
