Job summary

COMHAR INC. is seeking a Coordinating Lead Clinician to oversee clinical services for children, youth, and young adults in the IBHS program.

The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and collaboration with families and school teams to implement personalized treatment plans. The position requires a graduate mental health degree (or licensed professional) with CAASP experience and a demonstrated record in ABA or related direct services.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional, or a graduate mental health degree with at least two years of CAASP experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time mental health direct services with a graduate degree.
• Completed a clinical practicum in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• ABA services experience with supervision or 40 hours of ABA training.
• License preferred: LSW/LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.
• Act 33 clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical services for children, youth, and young adults in the IBHS program.
• Lead a school-based team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage daily morning programming and staff task distribution.
• Maintain sign-in/out records and coordinate prep meetings with BHT staff.
• Model best practices for morning activity management to clinicians.
• Collaborate with LCs and Care Coordinator to enroll children in summer camps.
• Develop a resource book for schools.
