COMHAR is seeking a Coordinating Lead Clinician to oversee clinical services for children and youth in the IBHS program within Philadelphia schools. You will supervise a team of behavioral health professionals, coordinate treatment plans, and monitor progress to promote positive behavioral and emotional outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed mental health professional or graduate degree with at least two years of CAASP experience.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults.
• Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum with a related graduate degree.
• ABA service providers: meet BCBA supervision or licensed ABA credentials with 40 hours ABA training.
• Licensure preferred (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and Act 33 clearances.

Aufgaben

• Stationed at the school for the entire day.
• Maintain a reduced caseload and address program issues daily.
• Perform non-billable tasks to support the program.
• Ensure timely sign-in/sign-out and prep daily meetings with BHT staff.
• Manage morning programming and task distribution for breakfast club or lunch room.
• Model morning activity management for other clinicians.
• Collaborate with LCs and Care Coordinators to enroll children in summer camps.
• Develop a resource book at schools.
