Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to act as the technical authority for large-scale federal and public sector Salesforce implementations. You will lead solution architecture, define roadmaps, and govern complex integrations across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and OmniStudio.

You will mentor teams and drive architecture governance, pre-sales activities, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise tech solutions with Salesforce focus.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations in Federal/Public Sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery oversight for large Salesforce programs.
• Define roadmaps aligning business objectives with Salesforce capabilities.
• Architect integrations across Salesforce products (Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform and OmniStudio).
• Provide technical leadership in proposals, discovery sessions, and client presentations.
• Mentor teams and govern architecture decisions across projects.
