The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Salesforce, holds Salesforce Sales Cloud certification, and excels at collaboration, workshops, and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or Salesforce solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across multiple Salesforce platforms, partnering with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and implementation partners to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate complex needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
