Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator who will be the foundation of exceptional guest experiences in our retail stores. You will connect with guests, share high-quality product education, and authentically convey our community and culture.

You’ll help guests find solutions and ensure a seamless experience across in-store and omnichannel options. In this role, you’ll move on the floor to engage with guests, collaborate with teammates, and uphold our standards for inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address guest feedback and make it right.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Support store operations and maintain a seamless omnichannel experience.
