Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

You will also contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment while supporting store operations, omni-channel programs, and high standards of service. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to move on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experience by engaging with guests and understanding needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value to guests.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action and improve experiences.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
