Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare items for processing and shipping. This role supports daily operations in a busy retail environment.

You will greet donors, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and loss-prevention guidelines while providing friendly customer service. This position offers opportunities for growth and involvement in community programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously during shift.
• Two-person lifting of heavy objects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and issue receipts.
• Load and unload donated goods using a hand truck and move items to processing areas.
• Restock supplies and keep work areas organized and clean.
• Assist in sorting, tagging, and pricing donated items per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices and report hazards.
