Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers and processing donations.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using basic handling equipment.
• Sort and price donated items, assist in stocking and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards to leadership.
• Support team members by restocking supplies and ensuring smooth production flow.
