Qualifications

• Strong understanding of severe and chronic mental illnesses.

• Oversee clinical and operational components of residential and community-based programming.
• Develop and maintain programming compliance with focus on service authorization and delivery; monitor staff performance.
• Analyze expenses and revenues to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for clients and the community.
