Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC is seeking a benefit-eligible, salaried Regional Director to lead our Montana region and cover the territory with extensive travel, including overnights.

You will supervise program directors, coordinate IOP implementation with hospital leadership, monitor financial accountability, and drive program growth across Montana while maintaining PMC's commitment to quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare leadership experience with senior leadership collaboration.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Program Directors within the designated region.
• Work with hospital leadership to implement IOPs and manage multiple programs.
• Monitor financial accountability and oversee new program implementation.
• Maintain regular contact with hospital administration within the region.
• Lead and coach programs via monthly calls, on-site visits, and weekly connections.
• Coordinate staff development and recruitment with HR teams.
• Collaborate with PMC and hospital leaders to ensure compliance and training.
