LifeNet Health is seeking a Donation Outreach Coordinator to support families in crisis and strengthen our donor programs. You will provide compassionate donation and grief support, engage with funeral homes, hospitals, and partners, and help drive our mission of Saving Lives.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage documentation and risk assessments. This remote position offers impact across the United States and opportunities to advance regenerative medicine

Qualifications

• 3 years with HS Diploma/GED or 1 year with AS degree, experience with families through counseling or crisis intervention.
• Experience in donation or an OPO/tissue environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy when interacting with donor families.

Responsabilités

• Engage families in crisis to provide donation and grief support.
• Secure authorization and complete required documentation accurately.
• Conduct Donor Risk Assessment Interviews and coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiners, eye banks, hospitals, and donor families.
• Manage donor referrals by responding to opportunities from multiple partners and prioritizing urgent inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
