Job summary

Gift of Hope is seeking a Donation Liaison to coordinate organ and tissue donation in the Donation Service Area, assisting families through the process with compassion and professional guidance.

You will work with hospitals and internal partners to optimize donation opportunities, perform on-site evaluations, and support the authorization process while traveling to multiple locations.

• Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advance Gift of Hope’s mission and maintain donation service area relationships.
• Respond to organ and tissue referrals at assigned hospitals and perform on-site evaluations.
• Review hospital charts for medical eligibility and support donor families throughout the process.
• Coordinate with Donor Resource Center and AOC to ensure timely donations.
• Travel to hospitals across the service area and maintain relationships with hospital staff.
