You will support donors and hospital teams, ensuring timely processes and compassionate communication with families. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in critical care and RN experience, plus an active RN license and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years critical care experience in Medical, Surgical Trauma, Thoracic Cardiovascular, Cardiac, Pediatric or ER.
• 2 years clinical experience as an RN.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid RN License - Active and in good standing with the issuing state board of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor referrals for suitability under LNH/OPTN/UNOS, AOPO, CDC and other guidelines.
• Coordinate the full donation process, preserving organs and tissues to national standards and manage logistics with transplant centers.
• Provide training and mentorship, modeling advanced clinical practice and ethical decision-making.
