Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Refugee Programs Case Files Analyst to support records management, document review, case file analysis, and information requests for mission-critical programs. The role involves analyzing case files, managing documentation processes, tracking requests, coordinating records collection, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience supporting records management, document review, case management, compliance, legal support, information requests, or related functions.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and managing case files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Experience processing document requests, records requests, or information requests.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to collect, review, organize, and maintain records.
• Ability to analyze complex information and identify relevant documentation and records.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, summaries, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage case files and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track, process, and respond to document and information requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Collect, organize, review, and maintain case records and supporting documentation.
• Analyze requests and identify responsive records and case materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain, review, and compile required records and information.
• Prepare case summaries, reports, correspondence, and documentation related to records and information requests.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of case information and program records.
• Support records management, litigation support, and document production activities.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Maintain accurate tracking systems and reporting for case-related activities and requests.
• Safeguard sensitive and confidential information in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support timely resolution of case file and records management activities.
