Job summary

Credence is seeking a Refugee Programs Monitor to oversee federally funded programs, conduct monitoring reviews, collect data, and evaluate performance against standards. You will prepare detailed reports, identify compliance concerns, and collaborate with staff, service providers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate program performance with established requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, compliance, quality assurance, or program evaluation.
• Experience conducting monitoring reviews, compliance assessments, audits, inspections, or program evaluations.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance.
• Ability to identify findings, risks, trends, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring reviews to assess program performance, effectiveness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program operations and outcomes.
• Review policies, procedures, records, case files, and supporting documentation during monitoring activities.
• Identify findings, risks, trends, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Prepare monitoring reports, summaries, findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct site visits, interviews, and assessments to evaluate program implementation and service delivery.
• Support follow-up activities related to monitoring findings and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to promote quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
